ELECTRONICA NOVEMBER 13-16

Visit us at the fair in Munich in hall B3 / booth 419.

Showcasing everything from individual components through to systems, applications and services, the scope of electronica covers technologies, products and solutions from the entire electronics sector. As well as highlighting trends, the trade fair also acts as a compass within the global electronics industry market.

In the form of our customised solutions for a diverse range of sensor applications, we offer cost-efficient products incorporating sintered and plastic-bonded magnetic materials and technical components. Specifically when implementing complex types of magnetisation, magnetic field calculations can be used to develop commensurate system solutions in which speed detection, angle detection, digital sensor signals and back bias systems play a role.

To detect the angular position of a throttle, for example, a magnetic system was developed that is exposed to temperatures of up to 160° Celsius in the engine compartment. Such critical ambient conditions require a detailed functional design for the entire magnetic and sensor system. Using finite element method (FEM) simulations, the magnetic properties of the entire unit have been designed and realised for the tolerance chains of high temperature and service life.

MS-Schramberg would be delighted to show you further innovative magnet and system solutions from a range of application areas. We look forward to seeing you at our trade fair stand Hall B3, Stand 419, to discuss the latest developments and trends.

An initial overview of materials, magnet technology and applications can be found in our book "Permanent Magnets" from the "Library of Technology" series, which is available at our stand.

We look forward to meeting you!
